  1. 1 tbsGarlic Powder
  2. 1 tbsonion powder
  3. 4chicken thighs
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 2 tbsAvacodo Oil
  6. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 1/2 tspcurry powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric
  9. 1/4 tspcumin
  10. 1/4 tspginger
  11. 1/2 tspChili powder
  12. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  13. 100 gsalted butter
  14. 100 gcream cheese
  15. 1/2 cupHienz No Added Sugar Ketchup
  16. 2 packetsstevia
  17. 800 gCauliflower rice

Cooking Instructions

    Dice chicken in small cubes, in frying pan with oil lightly brown chicken.

    Add water, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper simmer for 5-10 mins on low- med heat until chicken is cooked.

    Add remaining spices. Stir throughly. Recipe is light on spicy heat add more cayenne pepper if you like spicy.

    Add butter, cream cheese, sugar free ketchup and stevia. Keep on low heat and stir in until fully blended. Let simmer for 5-10 mins to thicken sauce (stir occasionally)

    Cooks Cauliflower rice and serve.
