Fried liver with okra

Steps

Heat pan, put in your oil and heat a bit then add your onion slices and saute

Add some garlic/ginger paste and fry slightly
- 3
Once done add your liver and stir well, let it cook till the juices are dry then add in your tomatoes at this stage

Let it cook till almost but not completely dry. Add the salt at this stage and set aside.

For the okra. Heat pan, add oil and saute your onion slices
- 6
Add the diced okra and some salt and stir well. Don't overcook please!
