Grind the almonds n piatachios to get a smooth paste.

Mix all the above ingredients to get a smooth lump free batter.

Cook on a low flame stirring continuously till the batter is smooth enough. Takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

Pour a spoon of batter in a plate to check if it sets. Or else cook some more.

Pour in flat small plates and let it set. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy!
