Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 200 gmwheat flour
  2. 200 gmPalak(spinach)
  3. 1 tspGinger paste
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1 tspgreen chillies paste
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tspcarom seeds
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. as neededOil for making parathas

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean spinach leaves and wash it in boiling water for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain the water and blend it.

  3. 3

    Mix it with all other ingredients and make smooth dough.

  4. 4

    Now roll it with rolling pin and make parathas or Puri.

  5. 5

    Healthy and iron rich Palak paratha ready.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
