200 gmwheat flour
200 gmPalak(spinach)
1 tspGinger paste
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspgreen chillies paste
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspcarom seeds
to tasteSalt
1 tbspoil
as neededOil for making parathas

Steps

Clean spinach leaves and wash it in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Drain the water and blend it.

Mix it with all other ingredients and make smooth dough.

Now roll it with rolling pin and make parathas or Puri.

Healthy and iron rich Palak paratha ready.

Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
