3 lbsPork Tenderloin (thin cut)
3 packetsOnion Soup mix (Knorr Maggi)
600 gramsHeavy Cream (or Half-half, I've reduced to 32oz)
Cheese Shredded
Egg Noodles

Cut pork into 1.5" slices. Arrange in Roman pot or Casserole dish.

Mix Onion soup and Cream, and pour over Pork.

Sprinkle Cheese over top and marinate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 1 and half hours.

Serve over bed of Egg Noodles
