Steps

Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and 2 tablespoon oil 2gthr.

Add in water as required to make a soft dough. (Just like meatpie dough.)

Divide the dough into equall sizes.

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough big enough.

Heat the pot of oil, and deep fry the dough... patera is ready.

Serve hot with anything of ur choice, be it soup, stew etc. Enjoy.
