Peel,rinse and slice the plantain put a bit salt on it and fry in heated vegetable oil.

Boil water break in the noddles,add a teaspoon of vegetable oil,onion and boil.

When is almost done cut in the carrots and green pepper.boil it tor 2minutes and enjoy.
