Bajra-Raddish paratha

Wash,peel and grate white raddish in mixing bowl,also peel and grate onion,add bajra flour, wheat flour, chopped raddish leaves, turmeric powder,salt,oil,curd, mix all.

Add little water and bind into thick paratha dough..Make four equal portions.

Take one portion,roll and flatten it,dust with wheat flour roll into round paratha. Place on warm tawa.

Roast paratha on both sides with oil. Similarly prepared all parathas

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Bajra-Raddish parathas with green coriander chutney and fresh curd(Dahi)
