  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. 1 tspsugar
  4. 1 tspground cinnamon
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla
  6. 3 slicestoast
  7. maple syrup (optional)
  8. butter

    Beat the egg and add the sugar cinnamon, vanilla and milk and whisk

  2. 2

    Dip the toast in the mixture

  3. 3

    Grease a pan lightly with butter and heat

  4. 4

    Cook the toast until brown on both sides

  5. 5

    Top with maple syrup
