Ingredients

  1. 3 lbschicken breast cubed
  2. 1 cuppickle juice
  3. 1 tspsalt to taste
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/2 cupmilk or butter milk
  6. 1/2 cupcorn starch
  7. 1/2 cupcasava flour
  8. 1 tspdry parsley
  9. 3 cupsvegetable oil for frying
  10. 2eggs beaten

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine cubed chicken, milk and pickle juice refrigerat for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Combine all other ingredients in a 1 gallon zip lock bag

  3. 3

    Heat oil

  4. 4

    Drain chicken

  5. 5

    Egg wash chicken add to flour mixture and fry till golden brown

  6. 6

    Enjoy
