Soak chanadaal for 4-5 hours. Than coarsely grind. Don't add too much water when grinding

Add salt, haldi powder, green chilli paste, garlic paste, hing. Mix well. Add b. Soda and mix

Pour into Grease thali. Steamed around 20 min. Check. If it's done. Cool down for some time. If it's little warm Crumble it & add powder sugar & mix well

For tadka. Take a tadka pan add oil& mustard seed. Add into the khamni. Mix well sprinkle coriander leaves & sev.
