  • 1 tbspnsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Halfcup warm milk
  • Yeast
  • Oil

  1. 1

    You get ur ova ripe plaintain and cut afta cutting it u mash it to smooth

    Then add ur flour yeat sugar n salt and knee it to make a dough

    Addd ur warm milk to it and knee then allow it to rest and rise
