  • 1/2 kg gratedCarrot
  • 1 litreMilk
  • 100 gmMawa
  • as neededDry fruits
  • 1 cupGhee
  • as neededSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix carrot and milk and cook till milk reduce

  2. 2

    Add mawa and ghee cook till ghee float on mixture

  3. 3

    Add sugar and dry fruits and cook for 5 minutes more.
