Ingredients

600gms
  • Atta flour-150gms
  • 30gms-cornstarch
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 200 gmspowdered sugar
  • 240 mlmilk
  • 120 mloil
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • Choc chips(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees and prepare cake tin

  2. 2

    Sieve the dry ingredients and set aside.

  3. 3

    Once sieved, make a well in the middle and pour in the wet ingredients and mix till well incorporated.

  4. 4

    Add In choc chips(this step is optional), mix and pour batter into the baking tin.

  5. 5

    Bake for 45-50min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Enjoy with beverage of choice.
