Ingredients

  • 1cauliflower
  • 1Potato
  • 1/4 cuppeas boiled
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle

  2. 2

    Add cauliflower and Potatoes saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Add ginger paste and cumin powder

  5. 5

    Saute well adding red chilli Powder and tomato, mix well

  6. 6

    Add water and simmer,mix sugar
