  • 250 gmmaida
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspanardana powder
  • 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for fry

    Put maida,salt,kasuri methi,black pepper,anardana,oil and water and knead the dough.

    Make mathri,add in hot oil deep fry till crispy.
