Ingredients

  1. 250 gmmaida
  2. 1 tspblack pepper
  3. 1 tspanardana powder
  4. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededOil for fry

    Put maida,salt,kasuri methi,black pepper,anardana,oil and water and knead the dough.

    Make mathri,add in hot oil deep fry till crispy.
