Busy day Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya Busy day Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya
Love making Jambalaya from scratch, but it is a little time consuming and sometimes when I have worked hard all day, I don't want to be standing on my feet for a long time making dinner. Zatarain's cuts the time in half and you can add to make it taste homemade. cswindoll -

Creole Jambalaya Creole Jambalaya
I would love to cook completely from scratch, but time does not allow that. I have taken my family's traditional recipes and adapted them for time. I am a fan of layering in flavor, and I like to allow one pot dishes to cool for at least 10 minutes after cooking to serve. Crawfish and crab claws are great additions to this recipe, when available. I hope you enjoy my version of Creole Jambalaya. alley927cat
