Ingredients

  • 1 cuppuree of mustard and spinach leaves
  • 1onion chopped
  • 3-4garlic chopped
  • 1 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  • 2 tbspcorn meal
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper Fenugreek seeds

  2. 2

    Add onion and garlic saute well

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

  4. 4

    Add salt,red chilli Powder, turmeric powder and cumin-coriander powder

  5. 5

    Mix puree in it and keep stiring

  6. 6

    As the raw smell disappears add curd and corn meal beaten together

  7. 7

    Add sugar mix well and switch off

  8. 8

    It is ready to serve
