Ingredients

  • 700 mlfull fat milk
  • 1/4 cupgobindo bhog rice
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 2 tbspcashew
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1 tbsppistachio
  • 1/2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan.

  2. 2

    Fry dry fruits on a low flame for few seconds and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Boil milk till it becomes half in volume.

  4. 4

    Add rice and bay leaves.

  5. 5

    Stir continuously till it becomes soft.

  6. 6

    Now add jaggery, cardamom powder and fried dry fruits.

  7. 7

    Turn the gas off after it thickens.

  8. 8

    Serve cool
