Ingredients

  1. Cooked and half fried chicken
  2. Sliced onions
  3. Ginger/garlic/black pepper
  4. Oil
  5. Maggi and onga
  6. Meat broth
  7. Scotch bonnet/tomato

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put some oil in a pan,add sliced onion(much),add grated scotchbonnet,garlic,black pepper and ginger,stir continously till half fry.

    Add Maggi and onga,stir.add soy sauce

  3. 3

    Add the half fried chicken,turn it well in the sauce till the chicken get mixed with the sauce add your meat broth.(you can add some water if not enough).turn well

  4. 4

    At the end add sliced tomato,and it is done when the chicken absorb almost all the water.
