Ingredients

  • 1 kgunga wa ajabu (ngano,)
  • 125 gnjugu za kusanga
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 250 gramcooking oil
  • 500 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the dry ingredients together then add 1 teaspoon of oil mix well.

  2. 2

    Add water bit by bit until your form a dough.

  3. 3

    Knead the flour until it soft then cover with a table cloth for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    For the rolling you can follow from my previous step of carrot chapatti

  5. 5

    This is how they look when they are on the pan

  6. 6

    Now ready to eat
