  1. 1 kgcarrot
  2. 4 kgmilk
  3. 2 table spoonghee
  4. 1 bowlsugar
  5. Dry fruits

    Firstly crush the carrot

  2. 2

    Take a pan. Boil the milk. Add carrot in it.

  3. 3

    Stir well till milk and carrot resemble.

  4. 4

    Add ghee in it and cook well.add sugar and cook for more 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
