Osso Buco Osso Buco
A family friend of ours had a sadly now defunct restaurant that had this Milanese dish of braised beef shanks as one of its specialties. I've cobbled up this recipe for osso buco based on hints from them and other recipes (primarily the one from Giada de Laurentiis at Food Network) I've seen online. The original method from the old restaurant braised the shanks for 12 hours, but I've found that 2 hours is more than good enough. 🐄🥩🍅🍲🇮🇹 蛟龍Stormwyrm -
Lamb - Osso Buco Style Lamb - Osso Buco Style
This delicious northern Italian style meal is very easy to prepare. It's slow-cooked in the oven with a “hint of mint” in a vegetable sauce which compliments the meat. When served, it rivals most restaurant dinner plates. It's my signature dish. Serve with polenta, wide flat noodles, or along-side a portion of Italian risotto (recipe is published). Buon Appetito! Osso Buco with Creamy Polenta and Citrus Gremolata Osso Buco with Creamy Polenta and Citrus Gremolata
My version of the Milanese classic recipe is decadent and rich. I used sous-vide to keep the meat extra tender and veal stock to balance the citrus in the gremolata topping. StephanieDaly -

Focaccia Focaccia
I wanted to eat a really soft and tender focaccia rather than the usual type, so I adjusted a recipe I had for pizza crust.Bake it at a high temperature for a short time.In my gas oven, it's browned in about 2 minutes, so I take it out then. It's very soft.If you use a bread machine for all the steps up to Step 8, it's ultra-easy. Recipe by Pitarou cookpad.japan
