Ingredients

  • 2 dozenBermuda onions
  • 2 tablespoonsflour
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 11/2 quartsstrong beef stock
  • Salt pepper Parmesan cheese
  • Celery salt
  • Paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel onions under water slice thin fry in butter until brown

  2. 2

    Add flour mixed with butter to onions

  3. 3

    Add stock cook in double boiler

  4. 4

    Serve hot with grated cheese and paprika
