  • 1 cupraggi aata
  • 1 tbscurd
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 4/5 podsGarlic
  • 2/3Green chilli
  • 1/2 tbsSalt
  • Green coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a paste of ginger, garlic coriander and chill and mix with raggi flour

    Make a soft dough of raggi flour and keep aside for half an hour

    Now make roti from this dough and roast on flame
