Wash and perboil rice with colour, I use tumeric to color mine. Then set aside

Wash and slice all the vegetables including

Wash, season and cook the liver for about 10min. Then slice it into small pieces.

In a non sticky frying pan heat up a little oil, add sliced onions, add grated ginger and garlic, stir fry for 30sec then add the vegetables. Add spices and rice. Heat up for 10min then serve
