Ingredients

  • 2boiled egg
  • 1/2 cupgrated onion
  • 1 cupgrated tomato
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder
  • 2 spoonkaju paste
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 2 spoongreen coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the boiled egg.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add grated onion and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add grated tomato and dry spices and saute till leave the oil.

  4. 4

    Now add some water and boil it.

  5. 5

    Add fried egg and cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame

  6. 6

    Serve with naan
