Whisk at room temp butter and sugar well. Sift flour, cocoa powder, soda, baking powder and salt.

Add vanilla essence and food colour in butter sugar mixture.
Add sifted flour to butter mixture, white chocolate,chocolate chips and mix well to form dough. - 3
If you find dough too soft to work with, refrigerate for 15 mins.

Divide the dough in 35-40 small portions and make small balls.

Just flatten a little in your palms and then cut them with heart shaped cookie cutter

Place them in a greased tray and bake it in preheated oven at 350 F for abt 10-12 mins until they puff up and get cracks on it.

Take them out and enjoy with your tea
