Steps

Take 2 litre liquid milk in a vessel and boil.

When it become 750 ml then switch off the gas and put it besides.

Peel the green peas and remove peas grains from inside.

Take all peas grains in a grinder and grind.

Then add 1/4 cup water and grind again to make fine paste.

Heat 3 tablespoon ghee in a bottomed pan.

Pour prepared peas paste to it and mix well.

Continuously stirring for 2 minutes.

Now add 4 tablespoon chopped cashew nuts and 1 teaspoon cardamom powder.

Mix everything very well.

Now add 750 ml boiled milk.

Stirring continuously.

Now add 1 and 1/2 cup sugar and cook till it dissolves properly.

When the mixture becomes thick then switch off the gas.

Now let it be cool.

Serve Green Peas Kheer.
