Chopped all the vegetables. Boil the peas and carrots

Steam the grinded rice for 30 mins

Pour veg oil, add the chopped onions and Scotch bonnet and fry for 2 mins, add 1 cup of boiled water, the steamed rice, carrots and peas, salt amd seasoning to taste, spices, fried meat, mix and cover to cook under low heat

Add green pepper at the end for nice aroma.

Serve and enjoy with cool drink
