800 gmcarrots
1 glassrice
as neededDesi ghee
as neededdry fruits
Water as per required
as neededSugar

Steps

1

Firstly washed and peeled all carrots and grated them.

Now take a pressure cooker heat ghee add grated carrots cook it for 5 min.

Now add washed rice,sugar and dry fruits and required water.

Cook it for 2 whistle.

Garnish with dry fruits.

Serve hot.
