Steps

Wash the ganda,put in a pot add water to top the level of ganda

Add curry powder,thyme,pinch of salt and onion.cover the pot and allow it to cook until it soft
- 3
Grind black pepper,clove and garlic then put in the ganda
- 4
Add the grated red pepper and onion,then add the onga,mixpy and maggi and cover the pot again
- 5
Allow it to cook for additional 30mn,then off the heat and serve
