Soak the soya beans at least 8 hours, wash very well and grind to a smooth paste. Sieve to remove chaf, it should not be too watery. put the sieved milk in a pot and place on low heat. Always stir to avoid it sticking to the pot. When it start boiling, you will see something on the surface; slimy, use your spoon to remove it. Keep stirring and add sugar to your taste. When the colour is off white you can turn off the heat. Allow it to cool down, store in a tight containers and refrigerate.

Serve chilled and always keep refrigerated.
