Put eggs in a mixing a bowl and beat it.

Add chopped onion and green chilli, green coriander,salt, black pepper in it mix well.

Spread butter on a tawa pour this egg mixture and shallow fry from..cook the egg for 1 minutes till.it starts to set and place one slice bread over it.

Cover with another slices.of bread and press it with a spatula. And cook for 1-2 minutes to cook both sides.

Omelette is ready to eat with tomato ketchup.
