Put small quantity of water on heat add a pinch of salt, & 1 tea spoon oil. Allow to boil then u add the cous-cous reduce the heat stir & allow to cook. Cous does not like much water else it will not look presentable & it does’nt like much heat too in order to cook properly.😋👍🏻

For the sauce u slice your onions crush the bonnet & pepper, or you chop or cut them as you desire put them into a pan add oil, maggi, salt,curry,thyme & onga. Kip stiring until its done then add ur sardine & serve😋😋😋👌
