How to make Nigerian Doughnut

Sift flour and salt in a large bowl

Add sugar and margarine, and rub into the flour

Add the yeast and mix together well

Make a well in the flour and pour the beaten egg followed by warm milk

Mix together until u form a dough

Turn dough out on a flour surface, knead for about 15 minutes

Place the dough in a bowl, cover and place the dough in warm place, leave for about 1 hour

After an hour need the dough again for few minutes

Roll out the dough for about 1.5cm thickness

Cut out circles of dough

Cut out the centre of the circles

Cover and put somewhere warm for 20 minute

Heat some oil in a large pan

Add the doughnuts, fry for two minutes on each side

Remove from heat and serve with hot milk😋
