Firstly, sieve the wheat flour, oats flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt together, twice and keep aside.

In a big mixing bowl take mashed banana, sugar, oil, vanilla essence and mix well.

Now add in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture in two or three batches. Mix everything very well by using cut and fold method. Don't overmix. Mix it just until combined.

Adjust the consistency by adding milk. Consistency of the batter should be thick.

Add walnuts and mix well.

Pour the batter into the lined or greased muffin tin 2/3rd full. Sprinkle some walnuts.

Bake it in preheated oven at 180°c for 15-20 minutes or until browned and done.

Let it cool down completely. Demould the muffins and enjoy with hot milk.
