Chop all meat veggies and place in a large oven proof dish pre heat oven to 180 c

Grate cheese and reserve for later

Whisk eggs and poor over the meat and veggies you can add herbs chopped chilli to egg mix as it’s distributed more evenly saving some for presentation

Top with grated cheese you can add what ever over veggies you like here spinach beans peas or corn all work good makes a good filling lunch/dinner
