Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 4boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1 cupgrated broccoli
  3. 1 cupchopped bell peppers
  4. 1/2 cupchopped onions
  5. 1/2 cupgrated carrots
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1 cupbread crumbs
  8. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 2 tspgaram masala
  11. SomeOil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well in a big bowl
    (you can cook grated broccoli in a tsp oil if you don't like the crunch.. I just washed in hot water and grated)

    Roll into cutlets
    (I made slight bigger as some I am using in burger😊)

    Shallow fry in a greased nonstick skillet till golden brown and serve hot with your favorite dip.
