Boil noodles by adding good enough water and add little oil and pinch of salt so that noodles dont get sticky and when it is cooked drain them nicely and keep separate in a plate, shred all the veggies and keep ready chopped garlic, green chilli,spring onions.

Take a pan add oil and saute garlic and green chilli,next add all the veggies and onion and toss the vegetables lightly for 1 minute and stir and fry veggies till it gets cook dont overcook veggies.

Next add noodles,with adding to it vinegar, soya sauce,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,black pepper powder and salt and mix well cover for 2 minutes and garnish with spring onion and serve this delicious hakka noodles very easy to make at home and enjoy.
