Ingredients: 1 cup oats powdered; 1 cup poha powdered; 1/2 cup semolina; 1/2 cup grated carrots; 1 tsp minced garlic; 1/2 tsp crushed grn chillies; 1/4 cup choppd capsicum; few chopped coriander leaves; 1/2 tsp ajwain; 1 tsp cumin seeds; pinch turmeric; pinch red chilli powder(optional); 1/2 cup curd; pinch baking powder; as needed water; oil to make pancakes

1 cupoats powdered

1/2 cupsemolina
1/2 cupgrated carrots
1 tspminced garlic

1 tspcumin seeds
pinchturmeric
pinchred chilli powder(optional)
1/2 cupcurd
pinchbaking powder
as neededwater
oil to make pancakes

Mix all ingredients and make a batter of pan cake consistency..

Put a laddlefull of batter to a oiled pan and let it cook on one side..flip on other side and cook too...when ready serve with chutneys... healthy and quick breakfast is ready to enjoy..
