Ingredients

  • 2bitter gourd sliced
  • 1/2brinjal sliced
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1red chilli whole
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add gourd and brinjal sliced

  3. 3

    Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    As it is soft add sugar and fry on high heat

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
