Ingredients

  1. Halftuber of yam
  2. 4raw eggs
  3. 3 piecesfresh tomatoes
  4. 2Scotch bonnet pepper
  5. Quarter bulb of onion
  6. Halfstock cube
  7. Vegetable oil for frying
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut your yam into your desired size and shape then soak in salty water for fifteen minutes

  2. 2

    Next remove the yak from the water and put in a filter to drain, at this point, heat your vegetable oil in a pan and fry the yam till done

  3. 3

    Next dice your tomatoes,.pepper and onion and set aside

  4. 4

    Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan then add onion and saute, next add the tomatoes and pepper and continue frying, season with salt and seasoning cube then fry till dry. At this point, break the eggs then add little salt and whisk

  5. 5

    Next, pour the whisk egg into the fried sauce and allow to Cook

  6. 6

    Serve with your fried yam
