Ingredients

  1. 300 gmpaneer cubed
  2. 1green and red bell pepper each
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  5. 1 cupsauce mix
  6. 1 tspcornflour
  7. To tastesalt and pepper
  8. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and shallow fry the paneer and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now add oil and saute ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    Add onions and bell pepper saute well with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Add sauce and mix well

  5. 5

    Mix well and add paneer

  6. 6

    Now add corn flour mixing in little water

  7. 7

    Serve hot with fried rice or paratha
