Ingredients

5 minutes each
10 servings
  • 5 cupsrice (Danyar shinkafa \shinkafar tuwo)
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1tbsnp of active yeast
  • Halfcup of suger
  • 1tspn of salt
  • 1big size of onion and
  • Oil for greasing

Steps

5 minutes each
  1. 1

    Wash and Soack the rice over night or six hours.

    Add in your onions and cooked rice to the Soack rice and blend everything together to get your smooth peast.

    After that, add in your yeast and cover it to rise for like 1 to 2 hour(keep it in a warm place or under the sun) depending on the weather.

    After the batter has rise, add in your salt, sugar and some chop onions the stire everything together.

    Heat your non stick pan and grease it with some oil, pour some little amount of your batter into the grease pan and cover it for like 4 to 5 minutes (on a low heat).

    After that you should open it and you will see some holes on the top and looks like golden brown, that shows your Sinasir is done.

    Your Sinasir is ready, you can enjoy it with vegetables soup(miyan taushe), papper soup or okro soup or eat it with suger or plain. ENJOY 😋😋

    Note: don't let your batter to be too thick and not too watery. And always fry it in a low heat(shallow frying) and when you cover it the steam helpsyou in giving you the best results. Thanks

Thanks alot, i made mine today but i dont know what went wrong it didn't have the bubbles or the holes sinasir do...
