Wash and slice your Okro and Ugu set aside.

Wash your stock fish and beef, steam the beef with Maggi, onions, pepper and salt, add 2 cups of water and put stock fish allow to boil for 8 minutes add dry fish, salt, oil, allow to boil then add Okro and boil for 5 minutes and finally add Ugu and stir for 2 minutes. Off gas and serve with any swallow of your choice.
