Steps

Take 1 big bowl add gram flour then add all dry spices like red chily powder,turmeric powder,carom seeds & salt mix through spoon.

Add chopped green chily & chopped corrainder leaves in it then add slowly half cup of water to form a batter.

Batter is not so liquid & not so thick it's medium in consistency.

Take bread in flat surface & cut into square or triangle shape.

Heat the pan add oil in it in medium flame.

It's optional to do deep fry you can do shallow fry too.

Now add square or traingle bread shape in batter coat carefully both the sides then slowly put in a heated pan.

In medium to high flame cook till golden colour for both the sides.

Serve hot with chutney & sauce.
