Ingredients

  1. 300 gmince meat
  2. 2 cupsCooked rice
  3. 4 tablespoonstew
  4. 2 tablespoonoil
  5. to tasteSeasoning
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Scotch bonnet,garlic &onions paste
  8. Spices
  9. carrot
  10. Green beans
  11. 2Eggs
  12. Cabage leaves for wrapping
  13. Chicken peppersoup
  14. Red&green bell pepper
  15. Onion(slice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a big pot. Place the whole cabbage bulb in hot water so that peeling off the leaves is easier. Peel as much as you need for wrapping and rinse in cold water

    Heat oil in a large skillet minced meat, seasoning, onion,garlic&pepper keep stirring untill meat is fully cooked!

  3. 3

    Put inside a big bowl and allow to cool,add the rice, add eggs and with your hands to have a well blended mix.

  4. 4

    Wrap the minced meat&rice in cabbage leaf and place in a pot.

    Pour the chicken ppsoup over the cabbage and cook over the burner

    Add some sliced onions,red&green pepper and turn off the heat and serve on its own
