Mix everything nicely. Batter should be of thin consistency. Rest it for 20 mins. Then u can see batter became little thick. Now put little oil in a tawa. Pour little batter and make uttapam.

For alu masala...take boiled and mashed potatoes. In a pan put little oil. Add 1tsp mustard. Green chilli, chopped onion. Fry little. Then add salt, alu, chilli powder, turmeric powder. Fry for 2 mins. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
